COMMUNITY PASS

Limited to non-profit organizations wishing to share free Zoo admission with its patrons, our Community Pass accounts provide libraries, schools, churches, etc. access to free single-day admission for two adults and up to four children. Organizations must apply for an account by filling out the form below. Once approved, our staff will coordinate the purchase of your Pass(es) and you’ll be able to set up your online account for booking patron tickets. Community Pass tickets do not include any of the Zoo’s regular Membership benefits. Community Passes are not discounted during any Membership sales. Community Pass tickets cannot be booked for blackout dates and various special events.

HOW IT WORKS

After your application is approved, a Zoo staff member will contact you to process the purchase of your Community Pass. You will set up an account on our Community Pass Portal. This is where you will visit to book Zoo tickets for your patrons. The tickets are delivered to patrons directly via email, and are valid for the day of their choice. Organizations are no longer required to maintain and lend out a physical Community Pass card to their patrons. 

**FOR ORGANIZATIONS WITH PHYSICAL CARDS** You are not required to book patron tickets online and can continue lending out your card(s) until the end of your current term. Renewing your pass will require you to create an online account and follow the procedures outlined above.
