In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s guidelines, masks are no longer required, however they are highly encouraged to be worn inside buildings and when in close proximity to other guests, staff members, and animals. This policy is intended to keep our animals, staff and guests safe. If you do not agree with this policy, we ask that you consider visiting the zoo at a later date.

We ask that all Single Day Members reserve/purchase tickets online prior to visiting. Tickets may not be available for purchase at the gate.
The changes we have put in place are meant to create the safest possible environment for everyone at the zoo. We ask that everyone follow social distancing protocols and other posted guidelines throughout the zoo. If you feel sick before your scheduled reservation, we ask that you not visit the zoo.
Measures we are taking:
-We are closely monitoring the capacity at the zoo. Ticket sales are set to maintain safe park capacities.
-We have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the zoo, especially in high contact areas.
-We have provided each bathroom with single use towel dispensers for guests to use to touch surfaces.
-Each bathroom will be cleaned once every half hour.
If you are no longer able to visit during your reserved time, please let us know so that we can help you reschedule your visit and make your unused tickets available to other guests. Please contact us by emailing zoo@elmwoodparkzoo.org or by calling 800-652-4143.
Our check-in staff will honor tickets that were purchased prior to our closure.
