Member Portal

When you become an Elmwood Park Zoo Member, you can gain access to our online Member Portal. The Portal contains your account information, such as membership type and expiration date, and includes your digital membership card. You’ll also be able to renew your membership in the Portal, as well as purchase discounted zoo admission and members-only tickets.

Our Member Portal Allows you to

Setting Up Your Member Portal Account

Members, click the button above to access your portal account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to activate your account. Enter your Visual ID and email associated with your membership to begin your activation. Your Visual ID number is located on the back of your membership card. You can also request your number by emailing us at zoo@elmwoodparkzoo.org.

Adding your Membership Card to your Apple Wallet

Click the black “Add to Apple Wallet” Button

A message prompt will appear “A message prompt will appear stating, ‘This Website is trying to show you a wallet pass. Do you want to allow this?’ You must select ‘Allow’ to proceed.

You will then see your membership card. In the top right corner, tap ‘Add.’

Once you’ve tapped ‘Add,’ open your Apple Wallet to access your pass.

Adding a card to your Apple Wallet requires iCloud and an iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 6 or later.

Purchase Discounted Tickets for Extra Guests

If you'd like to bring more guests than the number included in your membership, you can purchase additional single day admission at $2.00 less than the current online rate.

Scroll to ‘Member Discounted Admissions’

Select the date and time for your additional guests, and specify the number of tickets needed. You will then be directed to your cart to complete the transaction.

Select Membership Renewals

When you purchase a renewal, it extends your current yearly membership’s expiration date by a year. Renew your yearly membership before it expires and save 20%. This discount will automatically be applied in your cart.
