SUMMARY:Eco-Family Programs: Nature Journaling
DESCRIPTION:Join local artist Jack Hobe for an introduction to nature journaling! This is a method used by real-life scientists and naturalists to collect data and conduct fieldwork\, but it is also a great way for anyone to connect with the natural world. This is a practice that anybody can participate in\, regardless of their artistic ability. SUMMARY:Nature Explorers - Wildlife Corridors
DESCRIPTION:HOW did the chicken cross the road!? Through a wildlife corridor! Students will design their own corridor as well as meet an animal that would benefit from them. \nNature Explorers – Rabbits\n\nThursday\, September 24 | 10:15 AM\nAn adult must accompany each child during the program. Paid Zoo admission is required for adults & children\, and a $5 per-child fee will be collected at the beginning of each program. The fee covers the cost of materials and supports our conservation efforts. Program locations will be determined and emailed to guests before their respective dates.\n\nMember Registration \nNon-Member Registration \n____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________\n\nThis program is part of our Nature Explorers Series\, which offers exciting outdoor adventures designed for children ages 3–5. Each 30–45-minute session introduces young learners to a new topic through engaging activities such as up-close animal encounters\, crafts\, storytelling\, and interactive lessons. Class sizes are limited to ensure a personalized experience. \n\n\nAn adult must accompany each child during the program. Paid Zoo admission is required for adults & children\, and a $5 per-child fee will be collected at the beginning of each program. The fee covers the cost of materials and supports our conservation efforts. Program locations will be determined and emailed to guests before their respective dates. \n\n\nProgram Pricing \nRegistration is required for all children.
