DESCRIPTION:Attention all young heroes! Join us Saturday\, October 11 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM as we learn all about safety and the heroes that serve our community!\nThis event is free to attend with zoo admission. Community Passes will not be accepted. \nAs always\, First responders receive free zoo admission. Current police officers\, firefighters\, and EMT personnel must show valid credentials at the admission counter.  Fire and police badges\, identification cards\, and responders in uniform are accepted only if accompanied by photo ID. Families attending the event with police officers\, firefighters\, and EMT personnel will receive a discounted admission rate of $5.00. Discounted family admission rate is only available at the gate. \nNon-Member zoo admission\n  \n\n\n\nMontgomery county non-member zoo admission\n\n\n  \nNorristown residents (19401) can attend Safety Weekend for free – registration is required. \n\n\n\nNORRISTOWN RESIDENTS\n\n  \nSchedule\nSaturday\, October 11  |  10:00 AM – 2:00 PM\n\nNorristown Fire Department will present Fire Smart\, a family-friendly day of consisting of activities to promote fire safety and prevention as well as a chance to tour one of their vehicles. \nPlymouth Ambulance will have an info table set up as well as one of their ambulance vehicles to tour. \n

Dive into the magic of fall with exciting carnival games*\, live music\, face painting* and a whole lot more\, all happening around the Stony Creek Stage (located by Zoo Brew). \n*Event is free to attend with zoo admission. Games and activities may be an additional cost. Come dressed in your most creative costume (adults are encouraged to dress up\, too) and don’t forget to bring a bag for all of the treat and activity stations located throughout the Zoo. \n\n\n\n\nTRICK-OR-TREATING • STRAW MAZE • DRINK SPECIALS • LIVE MUSIC • GAMES \nNon-Member zoo admission\n\n\n\n\n  \nBoo at the Zoo takes place weekends at Elmwood Park Zoo\, October 4 through October 26\, from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. \nSaturday\,October 11\nSunday\, October 12\nSaturday\,October 18\nSunday\, October 19\nSaturday\, October 25\nSunday\, October 26 \nBoo at the Zoo is included with regular paid zoo admission. Yearly Members do not need to purchase admission tickets. Free zoo admission tickets\, *discounts\, and coupons cannot be used during Boo at the Zoo weekends.
