COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

Elmwood Park Zoo is partnering with MCIC and Giant to host a COVID-19 vaccination event on Monday, June 21 for all registered attendees. Guests who sign up for the vaccine will receive a free general admission ticket to Elmwood Park Zoo, valid for a date of their choosing. Attendees will also be entered to win raffle items, like tickets to Hershey Park, gift cards to Giant, an Elmwood Park Zoo yearly membership and more! Best of all, attendees will have the chance to meet the Phillie Phanatic!
Date: Monday, June 21, 2021 with the second dose appointment confirmed for Monday, July 12, 2021
Time: 9:30 am – 4 pm
Location: Elmwood Zoo – 1661 Harding Blvd, Norristown, PA 19401 – Canopy Gardens Hall
Vaccine: Pfizer and J&J
Eligibility: Open to anyone 12 years of age and older who have not yet received their COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine clinic is being run by The Giant Company Pharmacy. NOTE: PA law requires that a parent or guardian accompany any student under the age of 18 to the clinic.

– Please search zip code 19401 and advance the month from May to June to select the date of 6/21/2021 and a time for your vaccination that fits into your schedule.
– Your appointment for the second shot will be scheduled for you on Monday, 7/12 at the same time as your first shot. You will receive a second dose appointment reminder card at the time of your first appointment.
– After making the appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link to an informed consent form. The informed consent form will need to be filled out before the first and second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
