Elmwood Park Zoo is excited to welcome guests ages 65 and older for FREE admission on the first Thursday of every month, thanks to the generous support of Morningside House Senior Living!

Beginning in November 2026 and continuing through November 2027, seniors can enjoy a day at the Zoo, explore their favorite exhibits, discover what’s new and spend time with family and friends — all with complimentary admission.

Whether you’re a longtime Zoo visitor or planning your first trip, Free Senior Days are the perfect opportunity to get out, explore and enjoy everything Elmwood Park Zoo has to offer.

Free admission is available to all guests ages 65+ on the first Thursday of each month.
